Round 4, Round 7 and Round 12 this year on DVD from Name a Game.

Had the best Father's Day- my 21 month-old son gives me a copy of "The Red Fox", the biography of the late, great Norm Smith (as well as a copy of "Spot Loves His Dad"!!). Now, for those wondering about Norm's connection with the mighty Bluebaggers...one Ronald Dale Barassi, frustrated at the lack of coaching opportunities at Melbourne where NS was still at the helm, jumped at an offer made by the equally late and great George Harris in '65...and, as they say in Lygon St, the rest is premierships..... 
In all seriousness, a fantastic book- very well researched, with a fascinating historical and social snapshot of Melbourne in the 1930s to the 1960s. Apologies to my very beautiful partner- she guided my son to buy the book....thank you...

Norm Smith's son Peter, who lived next door for many years.... played for the Blues and is sitting next to RDB when the Bell goes in the 70 premiership.
