In the pre-season...

"young guys come through"
"_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ has put on a lot of bulk"
"everyone's come back in great shape"
"_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ trains the house down"
"players can't wait for round one"

It's actually all become quite hi tech.

First they have the players move their legs in a pendular motion in the most biomechanically efficient way possible to increase Vo2 max and reduce lactate production.

Then they have the players congregate in a room filled with metal objects that their bodies must resist and force against gravity.

I think in lay terms it is called.....

Running and Weights

I got nothing else.

M

The best way for the players to reduce lactate production would be to stop breastfeeding

If they wanted to stop production of lactic acid then running should do the trick.
