Walker, who admitted that he drove to court for the hearing, later arranged for someone to pick his car up.

He is a very lucky boy.

However, haven't we got someone at the club who could help with thsi sort of thing? Surely, there must be someone he can talk to, who could have steered him right. I thought Rod Ashman was there for this purpose.

I've seen him on the road in his hotted up Commodore and he is the worst hoon going around.
Doing u-turns on Lygon street without even looking at oncoming trams and cars with the stereo full blast.
The guy might be a good footballer but when it comes to driving....dumb guy

stupid isn't even the right word,

the article was a little ambiguous in parts, but is it correct that he had already been caught driving while suspended and then got caught again?

Not good news. Hopefully he'll sort himself out off the field.

His on field form has been sensational since returning from injury.

Maybe the club needs to let him fang around Sandown once a week to get the need for speed out of his system. :P

Very disappointing.

Hopefully he's learned his lesson, and it won't happen again.

Maybe Camel's onto something...organise a track day occasionally as a reward for playing well, and let them live out boy-racer fantasies in the safety of the track.

Well.............

although this is disappointing for us...............i'm sure it's ten
times worse for Andrew............being a country boy and all.......
his car is his escape...............!

but lets not lose our heads here..........who amongst us hasn't
broken a "road" rule..........?

%$#@ ME i've signed one of those forms promising to
be a good boy for twelve months............and STILL got
busted for speeding...............!

but if i hear one more person comparing this to the Shaw-Didak
fiasco.......i'll vomit.............!

kindest regards tommi

don't get me started on......."road rules" either......................!

If he did have his comeback game delayed by a week due to a dicipline issue (as was suggested at the time) and the issue was this then he should cop another suspension because he drove to the court.

Driving to court while suspended !

Classic Walker.
