Given that it is a slow news week, you may be interested in reading the latest 'A Memorable Game...' article by the Blueseum writers. These were originally designed to allow past players to have a vehicle to talk about past matches and fill up some of the many wonderful back stories of the game, but it is interesting to see which games still stick in the memory.

This time it is Chris Pavlou who remembers a game that really got away, and one Pavlou seemed to feel responsible for:

Also in the past, and by links underneath, we have:

* Southby talking about the fog game in 1971
* Munari talking about the arrival of Jezza in 1967
* Gilmore talking about his one and only game in 1984.

There's some good stories in here, and they're short and readable.

I've had a look thru my Books; and I'm assuming it's a typo....but Chris Pavlou that day, would've played on Ian Aston of Fitzroy....not Ashton.

Just thought I'd point that out!..........

Great stuff though!
