Can we break the 1mil attendance barrier for the first time ever, this season? To date (Rd.12) . . . 610,699 people have attended Carlton (home & away) games at an average of 50,892. The remaining 10 games with mixed optimistic and conservative estimates and all dependent on weather, form etc... Essendon* (MCG) - 65,000 Richmond (MCG) - 65,000 St Kilda (MCG) - 50,000 Sydney (TD) - 40,000 Western Bulldogs (TD) - 35,000 Adelaide (AAMI) - 40,000 Port Adelaide (TD) - 35,000 North Melbourne (TD) - 35,000 Brisbane Lions (GABBA) - 25,000 Hawthorn (TD) - 45,000* Estimate for last 10 rounds - 450,000 added to the current total gives us 1,045,699 est. *Edit |

The Richmond game is some sort of celebration...will get way more than 65K closer to 80K+ esp since a traditional Sat arvo game ![]() |

The Hawthorn game is at the Dome, according to the current fixture. However, if we keep up our current form, phaps it will get switched to the MCG |

Not a chance. Despite the AFL talking about "best fit" in regards to fixturing, not a single match has been switched ever. |

Is that the first time ever, ever. Or just the first time by Carlton? |

First by Carlton due to majority of games played at Princes Park. Richmond, Collingwood and Essendon* have all achieved this before. Update to Rd.13 669,876 @ 51,529 Estimate - 1,039,876 |

Maybe we could switch our home games to Princes Park next year and aim for 600,000! ![]() |

How much does the club make per home game attendee? More the merrier, but games at Telstra Dome (supposedly) make us less per head than the MCG. *** Waits for Jarusa because he has all the answers when it comes to economic suff *** |

A fair chance it will be 1,100,000 after the Hawthorn game... Edit: just realised this game is at the Dome and not the 'G'. Looks like Carlton v Hawthorn may have best and second best AFL attendances at the Dome after this week... |

![]() Nah, we'll have to peg it back a bit since the Heatley Stand has been knocked over. 500K tops. ![]() |
