Certainly Simpson and Fisher lose nothing in comparison to Goddard and Wells. 
But all 4 would have been quite sensational draft selections in the 2002 Draft.

I like to formally thank the AFL/Collo and every f***** opposition team for helping us get Simpson & Fisher instead of Goddard & Wells.  
Simpson alone leaves makes both look like VFL players but add Fisher and we have well ... 2 premiership players within CFC.

Disagree KK. Simpson gets his own ball, has foot speed and leadership something Goddard cannot and does not have. Goddard is a better kick but so was Nathan Buckley compared to Voss and I know who I would prefer any day of the week.

not comparing apples with apples, I love Simpson, but add Goddard to our team and that frees Waite up etc etc....... Both would be nice
