Stevens sliding?? you got to be joking. He has become the new whipping boy, have you forgot he is returning from missing a whole year of football from a career threatening injury

Stevens is unaccountable and is not working hard enough....I understand he is coming back from a serious neck injury but if he is scared to take a hit for the team then he is better off somewear else.....We don't need Murphy, Gibbs, Bower, Browne thinking that it is ok to follow Stevens and become one sided players.....I would even go as far as saying Stevens could be trade bait at years end.....

I would have hammer in the improving list for mine. Probably Waite as well, I think he is playing better footy this year than last, but overall pretty fair.

Fisher steady????????????

Fisher has been very dissapointing and is close to being dropped.....We desperately need someome to stand up to help Fev and I don't know why we dont persist with Edwards.....Hartlett should be sent to Germany as he may fill a key forward spot and is worth the punt......

There is no way Acland should be in red  Couldn't slide any further than the crap he put up last year. If anything he should be in Yellow :P

What a load of shit. What games have you been watching??

Was best on ground last week, probably been in our best in 4 or 5 games this year considering he missed a year of footy was restricted from movement for sometime in the risk of permanent spinal damage.

He is lucky to be even playing the game. Stevo far from our worst player this year for flowers sake

Nick Stevens welcome as the new whipping boy of the Navy Blues

Fisher has been awful, the more I see him play, the more I doubt his longevity in the modern game.

As opposed to the non-modern game?

For the record, I agree.

As much as I hate to say, I think you're right. Fisher needs more space to turn than the Titanic and just looks slow.

great hands though

maybe we should play him closer to goal, instead of him pushing out to the wing

just needs to improve his kicking. Against freo he kicked 2.2 (ie at least 4 shots on goal, cant remember if he had any that didnt make the distance etc)+a scoring assist.

Despite his poor season he is still averaging over a goal a game which is reasonable given the amount of time he spends up the ground and his hand injury. If fisher was kicking as he had been in previous seasons (goal/behind ratio) then he would be averaging 1.5/game (ie more than adequate and above his pre-08 career average of 1.3)

Reasonable yes, but we want him to show improvement i guess.
his obvious talent and some of the great things he has done and can do make us hard on him because he"s set a standard but he doesnt produce it enough

I think we all hoped he could become a great 2nd option to Fev as a goalscorer and create a potent forward line duo somewhat like Brown/Bradshaw but that isnt happening at the moment.

8 goals a game from Fev/Betts/Fisher and i think we are well on our way to winning.
