What the

No mention of Freo or Pavlich anywhere to be seen? Well Pavlich was mentioned but not like usual.

Thought it was right one the money except for one point. I am just not convinced that Waite is the right person to play on big key forwards.

He is one of the only true matchwinners we have and should be used in a role similar to Richo or Brennan, playing loose pushing forward and back. To me he could do some real damage that way.

With Thornton, Bower, Setanta, Austin & Jamo we have some big bodies that can develop into those positions.

I would just hate to see us curb his natural flair, I think we need it.

Liked his comment on Stevens and Scotland about hard ball gets...

In saying that, I would like to know how Craig Bradley would have gone in the hard ball gets statistics.

We should all be celebrating.

Whenever Wallsy gives a team a bake in the Age, don't they normally win?

He always used to bake every team that was about to play us and inevitably they'd win.

He's given some players a roasting and said our club as a whole have no excuses. We should win if the Wallsy Bake does its trick.

I think Wallsy summed it up well. Identified the boys who need to lift and here's hoping that we have a strong effort tonight.

And an even better one prior to that at the match today.

Objective and constructive. Reading between the lines, he is identifying the need for improvement among some of our list leaders. I think Wallsy 's on the money

If I was picking our best backline, I'd have Walker, Thornton, Jamison, Hadley and Bannister in it. I think for a team with no depth, we've got a pretty high level of expectation on us.

That probably had something to do with us being utter pants the last few years and teams would win anyway

great point. i think we have to at least give waite a chance to play on the wing. there's no doubt he's got every bit as much talent as richo and brennan, it's only a matter of how ahdr he works. if he works hard enough to run both forward and back i see no reason why he can't be played on a wing.

I have said it all year. Your are totally right . Good observation. It is a nice way of saying he is a Center Half Forward

Absolutely no comparison there mate.
Bradley's skills were far superior to either of them.
