I hope he misses next week. Would rather he rest for the game against the Lions. It's not a proper state of origin, pretty pointless really.

Dennis Armfield – Hamstring – 3 weeks

Jordan Bannister – Ruptured Hamstring – 4 weeks

Luke Blackwell –Thigh - Test

Richard Hadley – Groin - Test

Adam Hartlett – Hamstring – 2 weeks

Ryan Houlihan - Hip - Indefinite

Ryan Jackson – Hand – 3-4 weeks

Sam Jacobs – Ankle - Test

Jason Saddington - Hamstring - Test

Bret Thornton – Knee – 6 weeks

Andrew Walker – Shoulder - Indefinite

So Thornton/Harlett out, two of Hadley/Hampson/Sentanta In

Is Walker still on track for a round 10ish comeback and if so, why is he still listed as indefinte?

he's been listed as indefinite ever since he first sustained the injury. so that's not just written there because there's been a complication.

Yeah i guess i just hoped to see "4 weeks" or something by now. Indefinite sounds ages away.

It'll be a light training week for Hampster who pulled up sore after today's game - just feeling the effects of the badly sprained ankle that has plagued him the last 2 weeks. No ligament damage - just soreness.

OK, who's going to say it?

Imagine second half of the season provided we have no more injuries we could have back in Walker, Hadley, Thornton, Hampson, Houlihan, Bannister. We will make a real push for finals. I think Walks was just ready to explode into the elite before being injured.. I think he'll do this mid season when he comes in fresh and hungry.

Walks is not far away - has been running for several weeks (seen him out and about for a run with Braddles and let me say Braddles can still outrun many current footballers - the guy is a freak). AW will be back in about 3 to 4 weeks. Carlton like to keep "indefinite" so opposition clubs are kept guessing at the players likely return.

And what is the best rehab for reccurent ankle sprains, say if you can still play with it but every time you run and kick it hurts??

Post subject:	Cloke has wrist injury - out for 4 weeks
I understand Cameron Cloke has fractured his wrist. Will be out for 4 weeks. Had an x-ray this week given he was still experiencing discomfort after the WCE game. He is naturally very disappointed. At least, it wasn't his shoulder.
