After the game on Sunday i felt three emotions. I looked up the dictionary when I got home: PRIDE-feeling pleasure or satisfaction over something regarded as highly honorable or creditable. RELIEF- alleviation, ease or deliverance through the removal of pain, distress, oppression FUTURE- time that is to be or come hereafter. GO THE MIGHTY BLUE BAGGERS. These three words sum up Sunday 13th April 2008. We are along way off and we have a mountain to climb but these three words have been missing from my football heart for some time. They are now back. I will not individualise the game as I could be here for hours, and i have a job to do, but well done Baggers. I could not be prouder and you were very deserving. I have always been proud to be a Blue Girl but on Sunday you gave me something that I have been lacking: HOPE- the feeling that what is wanted can be had and that events will turn out for the best. I love C Judd as when required he showed me what most Captains of the CFC have done in the past. Gibbs - it is a pleasure, Fevola - you are the best f/w in the comp, Waite - you belong in the backline, i dont care what anyone says, Murphy - you are a tough mean little star. RAAAATTTSSSS - you really deserved this one. GO BLUES, thanks for making my Monday so much better as i troddled off to work with that winning felling. TruBlueBrad- i was actually in the box yesterday with the majority of male Cwood filth corporate colleagues (they actually own suits, i am still suprised by that). I so worked the room, scumbags they had never seen nothing like BM in full flight, savouring the win.! |

must have been her sister brad, did you see her yelling at us cos we weren't cheering loud enough? Also noted Fevs comments about hearing the theme song in the last 1/4, can we take credit for that? |

Not sure how many versions went around the ground, but you certainly can take credit for one of them

I was so incredibly pumped yesterday - god it was sweet. Savour it, drink it in and then re-focus. Hope we back up this week. |

Don't you just love it when the definition of a word in the dictionary makes you have to look up more words so you know what the first ones meant? |
