Morning fellow TC's, last night I was feeling a little lost and depleted. Our beloved game can really be hard work at times. How can a stupid game get that under your skin? How can years of mediocrity (thats being generous) keep you wanting more and more and coming back again and again? I watched the 95 Granny then I started to think. I cannot wait until we are back. I feel the pain of all TC's and i know that it sometimes it is very tough but last night i remembered why i would bleed for my club. The Carlton Football Club is an institution that I love. I love my boys, i love all of them most of the time, i love the guernsey, i love the song, i love the passion, i love the history, i love the arrogance, i love optus oval and i loved the hot dogs that i always ate at Optus oval. I love them. I love them. I love them. I had no choice 32 years ago when i popped into the world with my genes formed and moulded but thankfully i was blessed to be given the CFC gene. The rest is history. I would not change it nor would i have it any other way. This club is part of my heart and soul and i love them. It made me think sometimes you cant choose who you fall in love with, that said would you have it any other way! Big win for the boys this weekend.

Have a great Friday, and a great winning weekend.
BM
I choose to love Juddy, completely, utterly, i loove and would do very bad things to Juddy.

Cradle snatcher  .

I'm sure we're all with ya Blue M.

It never ceases to amaze me the amount of people who, when they are born the first item of clothing has a footy team emblazened on it.

Then as they sign off at the other end of life, the last thing that is drapped over the coffin is again, the footy team colours. It means ahellofalot to many people.

Who says it's just a game.

Thanks BM for making my Friday better & helping to justify why we put ourselves though this for the majority of every year.

Duke...so true, so true.

You've gotta love this city.

I was watching the news on ABC the other night and they had a story on the death of John Button. His support of Geelong was as significant to the story as his achievements as a politician judging by the way it was presented.

They then followed with a story on the death of Archbishop Frank Little the "passionate Essendon* supporter"...

Only in Melbourne...

Add Graham Kennedy who had the saints boys as pall bearers.

If I could get Murph, Juddy and Simmo to carry my coffin, I'd jump off the Westgate this arvo  .

Just jokin' Joyce  .

Top work BlueMelanie. I love your passion, and positivity. I lose plenty of cash during the year, having a friendly wager with mates. The last few years have been tough, but it hasn't diminished my passion for the Blues. I really hope we surprise the pies this week, and get up for a win. We won't have to witness the fool in the jacket either. Go the Blue boys!!!

My bets are usually a slab or two - I haven't drunk much free beer the last 5-6 years.

But like BM and all other TCers, I love The Blues with an undying passion and always will :-D
