Post subject: | Dog Training & Carlton - Similarities? |
When we assess a dog we have a series of tests that are performed in working conditions: Does the Dog have natural open aggression? Does the Dog have open Prey Drive? Does the Dog have good defensive drives? Does the Dog want to win the contest no matter what? Has the Dog got predictable temperament when under all different kinds of pressure? Will he back down when challenged aggressively? Or does he become confused & unpredictable? Does the Dog want to please, work with you as a team and enjoy the combat? How is his bite? Will he hold on and want to bring the prey down no matter what? Will he let go? Will his attitude & instincts produce the same result day in day out? When you have all these attributes you know you have a Dog you can work with. If not get them out of the Kitchen!! As one day it may be the difference between Life & Death in the Security & Combat world - It may just be you and him and by god u can't afford for him to let you down. It would be interesting to how Carlton Assesses the Characteristics of some of our players. |

Carlton have become experts at taking kids with massive potential and turning them into duds. Its the culture. Even the coach got hired on the back of 6 straight losses. |
