I know there are far too many pointless "rivalry" cups and medals being handed out every week, but this story, The Mrs Madden Cup by Rohan Connolly in The Age is a great story.

A good reminder of the ties that bind, which are stronger than the things which separate us.

Great article - and you wonder how knobs like fatprick & hutchy win walkley awards for pathetic journalism.

This one is a contender for a walkley as it's real and a great insight into an amazing woman and her battle for her family.
