Why have you forsaken me?

15 Poss.

1 MARK...

If you were gonna call anyone a messiah, it would, without a shadow of a doubt, Jarrad Waite...

Oops, Juddy's back on, make it 16 - 17 possies.

not many people have excused him for his lack of match fitness and have had huge expectations. Tonight was where he's at personfied, if you know what i mean.

Don't get me wrong, he's gonna come good, but he's only one player and we have huge deficiancies right across the board.

Waite's your man if you ask me.

Brendan Fevola...

not worth it...

Didn't Ball and Judd have the same operation? Judd is light years ahead of Ball, who sadly is a shadow of his former self. Give Judd a few weeks.

I don't like to be critical and the OP may have been in jest, but this is a stupid and pointless thread.

Chris Judd is not our problem.

Our problems could take up about 15 threads.

Let's not become a bagging rabble like Richmond supporters and turn on our own. Certainly not those with viable reasons for their lack of output.

Judd said he wouldn't be back to his best until half way through the season. He said this a week or so ago. Why is his inconsistent form at the moment any surprise yet?

The man himself said it would take him half a season to get back to his best.

Dude it's 2 game in,he won't get to his best until 12 months at least,we got him for 5-6 years not one year, this year he won't do alot,i'll be suprised if he plays great at all this year. His human,he could barely walk six months ago playing for the eagles.

If we could tackle like Ball, we would have won tonight. We need to learn when we apply a tackle, an arm must be taken out so they can't just handball to the next guy running past.

I hope his groin improves.

If it doesn;t and he stays like this forever - we will be laughed at for many years. Especailly given that we're crying out for JK at CHF

Sorry, but you've missed the point of this thread.

The expectations around Judd moved on from the sublime to the ridiculous within this forum (up till around 2 week's ago strangely enough), and I was taking the p..s out of those who've been fairly seriously comparing Judd's recruitment to the Blues as the coming of Jesus Christ.

I'm aware of the facts re. Judd - I've seen the transcript of the interviews where he himself feels he won't be right till around halfway through the season and fair enough, he's got a way to go.

Objectively though, I actually thought his impact tonight, despite everything that we're all well aware of was not quite up to what we should be expecting, even at this stage of things given his injury / surgery / match fitness.

Tell me, did others think he had a game worthy of where he's at and the player he is?

And you know who's opinion I'd most value?

Judd..

Judd will be right. It's his supporting cast who are the problem.

we played and looked as if we were coming down from all the euphoria the messiahs signing brought and now we are crashing down and reality is setting in.

juddy didn't have the best of games and is obviously underdone but still looked far and above than any other player who donned the navy blue jumper. He had 5 clearances and runs to all the right spots but just does not have the support crew he once had.

Still looks like his movement is restricted. I'm amazed he's actually out there to be honest. Doing an excellent job given he's still recovering.

he was moving fairly spectacularly when he glided through and past a couple saints before dispatching a handball to scotland who then delivered a shocking kick to fev in the 2nd 1/4.

give him some time. he'll be right.

What choice do we have?

The negative nellies around here would be going into meltdown if he wasn't playing.
