Hi All, First time poster, long time reader (actually i am quite addicted). Round 2 we play the Aints. It has been a very tough week for me as I was absolutely shattered on Thursday night. Went to the G thinking we would smash the Tigers (not b/c we are good just b/c we are better than them). A depleted, depressed, long Easter break at Stawell where every Richmond scumbag I knew reminded me of Thursday. I will do it all again on Saturday night. I do not feel anything, i have no pre-conceived feelings on the game or result, i am just heading off to the Dome hoping for a competative display. Juddy and Stevo will be better for the run, Fisher back, Fev needs to dazzle me for four quarters, Eddie needs to give me a bit more, Murphy & Gibbs, keep doing as they do, i could go on and on. Bring on Round 2, Go Blueesssssss......... PS- I still to this day after the nab cup, after the practice match at Optus, after round 1 , cannot believe that i get to watch Juddy in the mighty Navy blue, it just makes me smile. Have a great weekend! |

I don't know you, but every word you write is spoken like a True Blue (fanatical) Supporter. You're in the right spot; as if you didn't know that. May you too have a fantastic weekend too and have 4 quarters that make your spine tingle. I've developed a very good feeling about this game at the Dome. I remember the Saints beating us back in 1995....and what an upset that was. In those days the Aints had Harvey, Burke, Lowe and Winmar...but nothing much else. You never know we just might win....I seriously doubt it though. |
