Whilst we have all vented elsewhere about Libba's claims from TFS, it is interesting to look at the raw figures from rd 16 onwards for the possible players he slagged off as not being good enough -

I included amongst these players Blackwell, Jackson, Bower, Grigg, Jamison, Hampson & Austin. There may be others who should be considered also.

Bower got B&F votes in 4 of the last 7 games.

Jackson got 18 B&F votes in the Saints game did a great job against R Harvey

Jamison got votes in round 18 & 19.

Blackwell was omitted for Rd 21 & 22 on the back of average/ ok performances.

Grigg was ok as a new player finding his way

Austin played 1 game - hardly outrageous.

Whilst we can all say Libba was bitter etc his claims that players were selected when they clearly weren't good enough just don't stand up to scrutiny.

Perhaps he should have thought through his various claims which could be checked prior to opening his trap.

I think a more telling statistic will be how many of those guys will be in our team in Rd 1 (or would be if they were fit and available).

Hammer
Bower
Grigg
Jackson
Jamison
