Interesting that Armfield is missing. I wonder if that means he's carrying some kind of niggle?

The WC side looks strong so it will be a great challenge for our boys minus a few senior players

Good stuff!

I'm particularly pleased that both Hampson and Kreuzer get a rest. These young lads will probably be very sore by the end of the season, so won't hurt at all for them to get a week off.

Good to see both O'Hailpins in the side too.

When does our old mate Ackland get another run?

Ackland? Depends when a local club picks him up? 2009 maybe?

Good line up. We've rested some, still playing the developing majority of youngsters and giving the newbies a run. Interesting to see how Aisake, Joseph, Ando and Browne go.
Wonder how Kennedy will go against us???

I wonder who will captain the side?

I'd go Gibbs or Murphy.
