A night of football and entertainment from Vegas

Quote:
The upcoming 2008 season is one of the most eagerly anticipated seasons for the Carlton Football Club in many years. All Carlton supporters have the opportunity to launch the season with the players and coaching staff at the official ‘Season Launch’.

The anticipation and excitement that has been generated about the football in 2008 will be enhanced by the sensational season launch. All players and coaches will be in attendance and the 44 Carlton players will be presented on stage with interviews with selected players during the presentation.

Senior Coach Brett Ratten will give an insight into his thoughts for the upcoming season when he speaks about some of his and the team objectives for 2008. He will also introduce the coaching team for 2008.

Guests will get a real inside view of the Carlton Football Club in 2008 while enjoying a three-course meal with fine wines and premium beverages. However the night will not just be about football, a live cabaret show straight from Las Vegas, “Barbara and Frank Show… the concert that never was…” will be another highlight of a very special evening that launches what we all hope is a very special season for the Carlton Football Club.

The official ‘Season Launch’ is being held on Wednesday March 12th at ‘Peninsula’ a new venue at Docklands. Tickets are now on sale, $165 per person; contact the Club on (03) 9389 6255 or (03) 9389 6291 for bookings or further information or click here
for details.

Remember tickets are strictly limited, book now to avoid disappointment.

I'm not normally big on club functions. But I admit this has me interested.
