struggle to get the words out but

We had no draft rights in the real part for 2 years.

Picked up walker but 1 player isn't gonna do it and may be it will take us a while to rebuild using the draft for this reason.

Recruitment of Kids like Raso and Betts who should be picked up a year later could be trying to quicken the process but it is still guess work!

no doubt that the draft did put a pause on us.. part of the problem is a bad culture thats existed at the club through the heady 80s and into the nineties that shouldnt apply today but still does.
winning ten games last year set us back going forward.. winning 10 more this year and youre kidding yourself even more.
We cant move forward till we can let go of the past.. thats with loyalty to these guys still at the club not performing but acting like we owe them..and the supporters being too impatient for small victories. there is a ig picture and that is build properly for longevity. that will require patience .. then we can get bragging rights back again when weve gone through the process.
We dont have the luxcury of cheque book buying and salary cap rorting anymore. that system is passe..,. the system now is to use the draft and the pp while the loophole is still there.

Ruthlesness should be used on the players in their comfort levels. (Im confident this bit will happen at the end of the year - )
