Much to my suprise Sportsbet are up and running very early this year with the betting on this award. Much like trying to pick an unraced 2 year old to win the golden slipper its terribly difficult...

Who's your early selection?? Who's the value??

https://www.sportsbet.com.au/sports/eve ... tID/775740

I notice that Marcus Drum is about $34 and it bought to my attention again that he still hasn't played a lot of footy. Does anyone know where he is at with the Dockers??

Jamison is extremely good value at those odds IMO. I can't see any of the 07 draft featuring highly, Myers would be the one I'd back to have the most consistancy and impact. Everitt, Houli, Lberg, Hooper and Muston are my favourites

Masten will be under huge pressure to perform after his australia day efforts.
Good start to his career.
Maybe that's why WCE picked him - to keep up the club traditions!

Tom Hawkins is good value at $4 because he will win it hands down. Geelong will win about 20 games and he is in their forward line. The maths say he will kick a bag and be in the votes.

Ryan Jackson at $27 is worth a dabble.

Mitchell Clark
DOB: 19-10-1987 198 cm 91 kg

Year Team Games
2006 Brisbane Lions 6
2007 Brisbane Lions 4
Totals 10

Rules:
The winner must be under the age of 21 at January 1 of that year, must not have played more than 10 games to the start of that season.

Has played 10, so not 'more than 10', thus eligible.

Odds of $26

Am also on Michael Jamison at $81.

With the retirement of Ablett his chances will have improved significantly. Has the potential to kick 100 a year.
