I got the email which says:

Name
Member number
Password

and that renewing my membership has never been easier....

Well, I tried in turn to enter my email address, name and member number in the box that says "username" and the password they gave me, being careful not to eff up the upper and lower cases but keep getting a message that says the username and/or password are incorrect.
Which should I use (and I know this is not a topic for this forum but I am sure there are other people out there as hopeless at this as I am and they may benefit from the answer).

I always have dificulty renewing by computer. I try to make it easier by using Blue Beatle's address as my postal address but every year I have a problem.

Please can somebody, ANYBODY who has done this by computer tell me how to identify my username as it is not called that in the email....

Blue S your username should be displayed on the top right hand side of your renewal notice which just happens to be your membership number. The password is shown below.

I used it to renew my membership in December.

Blue S you can just ring the club & do it over the phone if you have trouble on the net. I did that last week & it took about 3 minutes! If you just ring 9387 1400 & ask to be transferred to the membership department they will do it for you in a flash!

Thanks, Dani but at about $8 per minute including waiting time etc, I think it would be cheaper to fly home and do it in person. I do have a plan to ring Blue Beatle, though and ask him to do it for me.

Did I write, 'home'?
Freudian slip there. I meant 'back to Australia'....
Sigh
