• The club has purchased brand new gym equipment
• This preseason has focused on learning a new game plan
• The O'hailpins are doing well, Aisake had a groin op
• He wants to see the team start winning games

Just a very quick summary guys :

- neck is OK
- training facilities and personnel much changed
- can't wait to go
- have been traing hard but no contact
- Carrots = top trainer. Also nominated Benji and Grigg
- reckons Blues should win games from start 2008 and be competitive. Hopes it will have a snowball effect.
- VERY hungry to play
- favourable thoughts on Ratts. Ongoing joke is that Ratts and Braddles fit enough to play.
- Irish boys fit and raring to go.
- would be disappointed if CFC not in finals
- agrees that captaincy good but happy for anyone to have it....diplomat !
- asked to nominate off-siders if made captain...mentioned young guys like Fish Simmo ......and FEV. Big rap for Fev. Wants him to contribute more.
- rehab. guys really keen and busting to get back
- states that no reason why he shouldn't be ready for round 1...been weight training 3 months.

Hope I got it all :)

It's a .mov QuickTime file ... I had a feeling it might not work in PC land. I should have a converter here somewhere.

I realised that, but I think you must have used a fairly late quicktime audio codec.

:P

It's fine as it is. MP3 would be fantastic in the future. ;)
