Great thread, great news....Setanta "has" to play...and play forward!
Unfair to put the kid in the backline.
sounds like there has been lots of scheming behind the scenes so he must be a starter...regardless I want him to have a good game.

Agree. Don't think he needs to do anything spectacular while he's on the senior list. I think a few games in the seniors getting used to the pace and expectations will be invaluable in future seasons. Even if he ends up back in the VFL after a month.

Having said that, would love to see him star!!! :D

Too right DB. The fact that he has played in the equivalent of Grand Finals back in the old country means he has an experience advantage of what to expect at the game, if not the actual match experience.

Give him a quarter or two to get used to the pace, then he'll be right.
