Here's one for everyone to go searching - who in your opinions would be the best players ever from any club to wear the number 5

Judd will be the best ever after he plays his first game with us.

Eseendon - James Hird - 5
Collingwood - Nathan Buckley - 5
Geelong - Gary Ablett - 5

i'm sure there is quite a few other champs out there that wore No 5

Andrew Mackay was definitely the best for Carlton and ditto James Hird for the rest of the competition.

Who could forget how just the presence of Mackay around the field would force the opposition into errors through sheer intimidation. He was a star, especially for a defender. to think we had SOS and macca, in the same team at the same time for 10 years. The two best defenders I've seen for sure.
