Does anyone begin to feel that the recession of the last 5 years has now turned full circle after the AFL reamed us back in '02? In the last 3 seasons we'll have the 3 best young players come to the club (Gibbs, Murphy, Kruze/Cotch) plus the icing on the cake, one Chris Judd. Probably none of this could have happened without Black Friday and the ludicrous sanctions at the time. So now that we can tell Demetriou to shove it up his gluttonous rectum, can we dub this day, 11/10/2007, Blue Thursday, and end the Black Friday chapter? I just feel like it's a good time as any to finally put that crap away for good. |
