6.5/7 ...... that is our record for night games this year.
Having won 2 twilight Wizard Cup games (close enough to night)
2 Wizard cup night games
2 H&A Friday Night Games and a draw with Port on Saturday night.
That is a freakish record.

Amongst other things.....
Very happy with Kade Simpson, i've been critical of him in the past but his last quarter especially was fantastic. He out-classed Richy Vandenburg on multiple occasions and his delivery was fantastic.
Wiggler....wow! I dont think that he has done much for us in the past but his pass from outside 50 which hit Waite (or whitnal...cant remember) on the chest summed up his night. 2 of the future guns of our great club.
Through the week someone mentioned that Walker's pace was over-rated.....bull***. 1st quarter Barney took a mark in the Centre, handballed it to AW who then put the foot down and blitzed past 3 Hawks.... and booted it inside 50.....it reminded me a lot of Judd.
Waite is showing what i knew he had.
My strongest memory of Jarred was when my Grandpa died in the same week as Vin. We had to go up to my pa's house to clean up and sell-off his stuff. He lived in the country town of Mansfield. I listened to the game on the radio and kept on hearing Waite and Fisher.....Waite and Fisher....i'd never heard those names before....neither had my brother (Carlton supporter) he said "Who are those guys? They're ripping it up???" And i said "I'm not sure, but everyone will know about them soon enough." I'm yet to be proven right, but those guys will be well known...it's just a matter of time.

Congrats on a good win fellas....

If Chambers injury is an LTI it's time to unleash the big Irish monster.
Lets let the fookin hittin start.....

I guess the night games mean you get to play 'outside' the heat of the day, which has been an issue in some of our day games this year.

Wiggler, Slimmo were both good last night. I think Wiggler's skills are sometimes underestimated. The left foot pass to Whitnall in the last quarter was an absolute ripper.

I haven't seen Wiggins get the ball enough to know he's not a southpaw, but it's a mystery after beating 3 hawks he turns it over on his preferred foot. But later delivers beautifully to hit Lance on the chest with his left foot. This guy can look a million dollars with his courage, athleticism and aggression, but then spoil it all with an effort which makes us want to dump him.

I'd take a lack of response as meaning you didn't say anything too controversial. Try saying dump Sporn, Whitnall is fat, we should have stayed at Optus, or Denis is a 1-trick pony and you'll get a wealth of responses!

Maybe you could have just posted it under one of the other threads on the match.

Our record at night last year was good also, with wins over Haw, Rich, & Coll off the top of my head...was the Bris game last year our most recent night loss?
