No, my reading of this ...
"Meanwhile, Bulldogs assistant coach Leon Cameron will sign a new two-year contract after having discussions with Carlton, which is seeking support staff for new coach Brett Ratten."

is that he has re-signed with the dogs

To me, the paragraph in the Age today suggested he was set to sign a new two-year contract with the Bulldogs, despite having spoken to us.

the key word in that paragraph is that 'carlton IS looking for support staff' which is a present tense term....not past tense, which means we havent found anyone for this role.
