Post subject:  David Rhys-Jones to present Norm Smith medal
According to the Record this week Tom Hafey will present the McHale medal for the premiership coach and Rhys will be presenting the Norm Smith medal. Great honour for him, and great to see his 1987 effort acknowledged. Good to have a Carlton person being part of the festivities also (even though Skinny and Kouta will get their farewells).

The Cup will be presented by a legend of the winning club. My guesses would be:

Geelong: Polly Farmer
Port: Russell Ebert
Roos: Keith Grieg
Filth: Lou Richards
Hawks: Don Scott or John Kennedy
Eagles: Jakovich

hopefully rhysie can live up to his reputation and so what we love him for most...when he gives the medal to little Gazza he can knock him flat on his backside and put him out for the first 21 weeks of 2008 :-D
