Brilliant night. Congrats to all involved. Big kudos to Hirdy, Bucks and Richo who came along along to support Kouta and say a few nice words. Manton was in fine form. Parko, Brits and Mitch very funny telling tales about the lad. The highlight reels showed what a star Kouta was. 1300 people had a great time and all in all it was well done to Kouta and well done to the organisers. Regards Cazzesman |

I can't lie to yas............... the second highlights reel..........the family one........? brought a tear to a glass eye.........i welled up quicker than a Dutch dyke with 43 fingers stuck in it...............! a wonderful evening.........! kindest regards tommi the 2nd reel was one of photos from a young age.......seeing the family grow up..........Koutas father looked like a big strong man......with shoulders like two balconys.................! it was just great.............! |

it was a great night, with many Carlton greats there. The highlights reels were awesome - showed just how much of a champion he really was. There were plenty of tears shed! I was shocked to see Hird, Buckley & Richo get up but they spoke very well, Buckley in particular. It was great to finally meet Mark H - as I said last night, you bridge the gap between board and average supporter so well, it's great to have you on board. You are so much like the rest of us it's not funny
Overall there will some sore heads this morning but thankfully mine isn't one of them. Yes I know, I've changed. |
