Yes, despite an allegedley shocking year with poor form, with suspensions imposed by both tribunal and club, Fevola is still atop the goalkicking list despite playing in a bottom three team. If they are seriously contemplating trading him then it is pretty silly in my mind. I as a supporter would only be satisfied with a trade involving a high draft pick (1 or 2) or a high quality player (Judd). Because lets face it, we have a true superstar in Fev who could well end up the coleman medalist (and possibly all australian) despite all the turmoil this year. If the rumours are true about us being willing to settle for a pick around 8-10 for him, then whoever is responsible for trading decisions should get the sack.

Anyone that wants to trade Fev after the last 2 weeks is an idiot and those that want to trade someone of that talent for a mere draft pick only gets promoted to a complete idiot.

Depends whether you take notive of all his performances, not just his good ones.

I can understand why people would want to trade him, and reckon it's a tough call. If he carried himself like today in every game, it would not be an issue.

I regret not putting a few dollars on him when the thigh strain was announced.

What was he? $40?

I got on him greater than $40. Inside knowledge is valuable

Fev will not only win the coleman but will kick more goals than any other Carlton player in the history of our great club. He is the heart and soul of this place. Get used to him.

The only reason Fev isnt on top of the goalkicking is because he doesnt get to play against Carlton!

Please dont trade him or we'll see him kick bags against us can you guys stomach that? I cant

Big call considering he is only roughly half way there. Hope you're right though.

Only if he acts like it. The 6-goal kicking Fev from today is the heart and soul of this club, not the bitching, moaning Fev of a few weeks ago. It's up to him to choose his destiny.

Trade Fev-trade our soul.

Who do you want kickimg for goal at the 31 minute mark of the 2010 GF?

He has to get the kick first. It depends whether he takes the grab, or if he gets spoiled and bitches to the umps for a free kick while the ball is still in proximity. Once again, the choice is his. Do you really think if his poor behaviour continued he'd ever be in a position where he could take a kick in the 31st minute of a GF?

I think it's also question of his age and how many years he has playing good footy. If he has 5+ years left in him, then he is worth keeping because we'll need 3-5 years at least to take a shot at a premiership.

List mgt is tough work. Sometimes it requires the tough decisions.

Personally I'd lean towards keeping him because I get joy out of all our victories not just the premierships, and Fev will make sure we have plenty of victories over the next 5 years. Plus I think Ratten will be able to make sure he keeps his head in. And as the team gets better, he'll get less frustrated.

Me too. I want his efforts of the past few weeks to be the norm, not the exception.

But you should know by now dog that wins aren't important, only premierships or getting PPs are

Fev learnt the hard way after being suspended for the week. He now knows where he stands, so does Lance by the way.

The new Football administrators have acted on what should have happened a few years back with Lance and Fev.

Fev will be better next year when we play better footy and win more games. A grade footballer and unless an extraordinary offer is made he will be going no where.

Today was a perfect example, how many marks did he take leading out? Under Pagan he had to bust his arse for his goals as today he was hit on the chest at least 6 times.

By the way I can't remember the last time Fev received a free kick :!:
