I actually missed the end of the show last night, but are you sure it was being played live? I can't remember the last time I saw a band playing live on the Footy Show. It's such a cop out when bands don't play live it gives me the shits

Great post sticks! I thought EXACTLY the same thing. Heard Brown speak, saying how Kouta was his idol and he supported the Blues (I was also pleasantly surprised). Grant spoke very well of Kouta too. And when it was Lloyd's turn, I was fully expecting him to jokingly mention the 99 prelim.

Was surprised he didn't, and as you said neither did he acknowledge Kouta's contribution to the game. And did you see how he stuttered through his questions? Lloyd is a VERY ordinary speaker. Maybe he is still genuinely pissed with Kouta and the Blues for knocking them out of the 99 prelim. What a w*nker...

Sorry can't agree. The dummy dressed as Gary Lyon had MORE personality than Mathew 'my IQ is a negative number ' Lloyd. The guys a dill at best.
