He won't be at MC Labour Park next year, let alone the "top" man.

"I think Carlton knows my thoughts and that I'm very keen to coach at the senior level. " AND WHAT THOUGHTS MIGHT THAT BE? NEVER LIKED YOU AS A PLAYER (GIVE SOS THAT 1990 BROWNLOW BACK!) & CERTAINLY YOU HAVE MADE NO IMPRESSION AS A MIDFIELD OR SKILLS COACH OR WHATEVER ELSE YOU BLOODY WERE

"Hopefully, I'll be able to put forward my credentials. YES THAT YOU"RE HOPELESS & JUST A YES MAN & THAT"S WHY PAGAN HIRED YOU

"I believe I'm ready to coach now and have a good rapport with the players, have a good understanding of the game tactically and am confident I can do the job."
STOP IT PLEASE AND PISS OFF & TAKE MITCHELL WITH YOU.

There were big tickets on him before he came to Carlton but working under Penguin has done him no favours.

Players need someone they can look up to

Just reading some of his reports on Blues website suggests he is a bit limited in what he can offer and seemed oblivious to some of the lists obvious weaknesses.

My first questions to TL in an interview would be "why do we have the worst tackling technique?" and "why do we have the worst defensive midfield in the comp?"

I don't think the assistant coach of the club, who has been there the whole time we've been crap is the best option...

There are 4 coaching teams that will be massively shaken-up. I'm sure if Libba is any good, he'll get a job with one of them.

(But hopefully, for the sake of a new broom... not ours)

Libba won't get the job, don't panic.

It seems as though Sticks, Swann and Pratt will be making a shortlist (no pun intended :P ) of prospective coaches. If Libba has to beat his own drum and Ratts has been told he will be interviewed for the senior job, don't you think that says something.

I posted this in the training sections after todays 10:00am session,.

Quote:
- LIBBA................

Hmm, how can i say this. I try and go to training maybe once a month, but something has concerned me everytime i go.

Libba does nothing......................My new nickname for him is "The Garden Gnome" because all he does is stand there in the grass like a bloody Garden Gnome.

Terry Daniher and some others are constantly talking to the players, yelling and pumping them up. INFACT, TD & Ratts have always been the best at this. "C'mon boys, harder - faster - *CLAP CLAP CLAP*"............that kinda stuff.

Now i'm not saying i attended every training session, but i've attended enough. And i've never seen Libba get that much involved other than sometimes having a kick-to-kick with a player every now and then.

The first training drill that i mentioned, every assistant had a post, or section if you will, to look after. Every other assistant was shouting addvice or encouragment towards the players, except Libba???????????? HE kinda just stood there!!!!!!!

I only say this because i've seen it way to many times now..........please, if anybody thinks otherwise...............Let me know.

So.............in conclusion.....................My favourite Doctor Cox response............ Man falling from a cliff no!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

SPLAT!

Add that to the fact that Ratten was offered the coaching job for the remaining year while Libba wasn't even considered. I think Libba has about as much chance as Pagan to be coaching us next season.
