Sounds great to me - it's like he has a youth policy in his heart. He recognises that we need to get a whole lot of spirit and confidence back, and he wants to do that by getting some young enthusiasm in. Older guys at other clubs say the young guys' enthusiasm is what spurs them on.

May expect to see a few debuts in the coming weeks.

heh - got it working :)

Having watched that all I can say is that is the BEST interview I've seen come out of the club in the past 5 or 6 years. Ratten was well composed, enthusiastic and positive.

I'd urge everyone to have a look - certainly lifted my spirits as a carlton supporter.

..bloody hell, i tell you one thing right now, Voss will never love the club like Ratten does.. ..Ratts for mine.. ..a good, hard, honest player and he comes across as so genuine, Voss can be contrived at times..

Gee, that is impressive stuff. I feel very comfortable that Brett Ratten shares my hopes and vision for the remaining six rounds.

The coach I saw in the future was one who the players would bleed for. The players loved him and idolized him – and were happy to make big sacrifices for the benefit of the team.

The genuineness of Ratten would generate this kind if feeling among players..

My screen cap program keeps filming it out of sync so i recorded the audio instead for those who can't watch it.
