We've had over 30 pages of discussion, so now the poll...

I voted for Voss, mainly for his self-belief but also because he was as good as a match day coach for the past few years anyway.

My second pick would be McKenna, who i think should be credited for getting so much out of those kids who are playing well above their age.

Third would probably be SOS. He has big wraps and still loves the club. It'd also be a nice thought that one day he might coach his son! :-)

I wouldn't mind seeing No change (Pagan) as an option. I'm not in that camp myself, but I'd wouldn't mind seeing which way opinion was running.

I couldn't agree more!

If the question was "When DP is no longer coach of the CFC, who would you prefer to become coach?

or....

"Assuming all prospective candidates were available for 2008, who would you prefer to coach CFC"

Just for the record, I am in the Pago Pago camp, but IMHO I believe that it is a given that he will be replaced sooner rather than later. On that basis: 1. Ratts, 2. Vossy, 3. SOS, 4. McKenna & 5. Braddles. :P

What about including Daniher too? I reckon he's worth considering.

I "favour" Buckley, but that doesn't mean I think he will be our next coach.

Longmire is an interesting one...I wonder whether Sydney's struggles this year, and Lyon's struggle with St Kilda trying to implement the same game plan, might hurt Longmire's chances?

Buckley aint...2 times losing GF captain.

Bluey McKenna is my 2nd choice.

Make Voss the boss. If not send an SOS to Silvagni.

Hmm, this is a tough one, I could vote for about three of those options with comfort. In the end the heart won ... Ratts!

If he can coach anything like he could play we'll win the flag without anyone ever noticing. :-D

So what you're really saying is...

Vote #1: MAKE VOSS THE BOSS
Vote #2: MAKE SOS THE BOSS

Look its all uninformed speculation. We haven't spoken to any of these people or heard what they have to say. I have confidence that Pratt, Swann and Icke will make the right decision.

One of Voss, Mckenna or Ratts for mine

I was almost tempted to put No change keep Pagan

Just couldn't bring myself to do it

Voted for SOS but would love to see some one break the mould of coaching and choose some one from left field totally un related to football or even a coaching Panel

How about a panel of three coaches?

Stephen Silvagni, the Brisbane triple-premiership captain, and also Lyon from the Saints...

SOS, VOSS and ROSS!
