From what I saw today we don't have anybody that can play on a small forward with pace.

Mark Williams has been in good form and is great on the lead, can take a mark. He has beaten some good backman over the past few week, even Mal Michael.

I can't see cazzo having the pace to go with him.

Norman, his head doesn't seem to be in the right spot and from what I saw today I actually thought he was quite soft.

Teague, too slow.

Thorton maybe...but needed elsewhere.

@#$%&! Williams. How are we going to stop the backline running the ball to the F50. This is our problem ATM. That and crap disposal past the centreline.

Funny how Carazzo hit nearly every target today. He has come a long way in 2 weeks

True, today his problem was spilling marks he should have taken. That said he was not alone in missing opportunities. Teague is flat in comparison with last season. Skinny contests as as always but we as a team have simply been making too many crucial errors.

We need a pack buster. Hartlett, hit the protein hard mate....

Carazzo was good today - hit most targets well. Did alright playing on Farmer - he'd be my bet against Williams - but worried about him playing one out in the goal square.

We will continue our proud tradition of having a new one torn for us by the oppositions' small forward. Carrazzo's the best bet, but isn't it a worry we have no-one that can be relied on to beat either a smart small forward or a big 'gorilla'. How many teams structure their forward line around 190cm key forwards? Oh dear just us.....

Dont worry about Williams.. worry about who is not in form.
Were running the opposition hack forwards into form each week.

Robert Walls is the biggest danger in the Hawthorn team. We need Andrew Maher to tag him starting from today.

Maybe Fev should be chasing numbers on the back of jumpers instead of chasing numbers on his next contract...

Hairthorns run out of the backline with Croad, Bateman and Hodge has been pretty good all year, add Joel Smith who will come back this week and it looks like their small forward are going to have a picnic

I can see Popgun kicking a bag against us. It's been that long since we've been able to shut down small forwards that I automatically expect them to kick a bunch.

Dont give two hoots about popgun Williams myself.Reckon the two dangermen are Crawf. and Chance Bateman.Closing down these two would be my top priority. And id give Karl Buddy Franklin.Franklin is eveyones darling right now.The next mister perfect.I reckon Dennis should issue the challenge to Karl to put the upstart golden boy back in his place.Gotta take a big fish Karl if you want respect.

Yeah... Karl for Williams.

He's a strong leader and mark. He's not as cunning as Medhurt though. Karl should have his measure.

I'd consider Carrazzo on Buddy. Buddy doesn't take towering hangers, from what I've seen. He's a dasher. Get Carrazzo to work off him, and put him off his game. If they drop him deep in the forward line, they lose his punch.
