Manton Hulme Beaumont McGrath French Harford McKernan. Ratten, Bradley, Mckay, Hickmott didn't exactly leave on good terms either. |

Hulme's mum said that DP was mean to him! Is that supposed to be funny? |

 Gee, if that's the worst that Pagan said to him, he's got an amazingly thin skin ![]() Pity he decided not to play on. His career was undoubtedly on the rise by the time of his "retirement" ![]() Oh, that's right - he couldn't go back to Sheedy. Did Sheeds say something nasty about his bolts? ![]() Pity he couldn't play under a gentleman like Clarkson. But then again, his short temper and attacks on journos might just tell us how he is behind closed doors at Hawthorn. Remember the time when he spent half-an-hour yelling at his players while the press waited outside for a scheduled press conference at training ... and he'd left a door or window open so they could hear what was going on ![]() |

Is that supposed to be funny? You mean his Mum didn't say "Poor old Darren did his knee and he was never right after that. He wanted to go on, but he'd lost his zip so the coach had to exit him out" ![]() If Pagan said anything beyond the pale to Hulmey, he would have had a broken jaw ![]() |

I remember thinking that when DP first came to the club that he would have no emotional attachments and would make some hard decisions that needed to be made. He may not have won any friends but I think that holding on to some of these players would have prolonged our renaissance. |

That says it all about our fearless leader doesnt it What were those comments Beaumont made to Kangas players back then re Pagan ? |

Lappins relationship with DP has always been 'iffy' if the rumours are anything to go by. And then there is Barry Mitchell. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! ![]() |

Maybe their careers were over? |

Yeah true, forgot about him. Two out of the list then. They hardly set the world on fire either. |

Mick Martyn's career was over too but he still managed to get to 300 games.... |

C'mon guys....imagine the things Sheedy, Lethal, Barassi, Blighty etc. have said to players over the years!! You can't really expect guys who have been dumped by a coach to say "Gee, what a great bloke!". Seriously. |
