Nathan Buckley is the man we should be targetting. Excellent fooball brain. Astute, deep thinker, strategist. Has a great understanding of the game, and as a player is respected by all. In reality, he's currently an assistant coach at Collingwood. He will be ready to coach next year and Collingwood will offer him an assistant role. However will he want to be like Harvey was at Essendon* and wait for Malthouse to retire? Possibly not. As soon as the season ends Carlton should offer him the job. IMO he will be better than Voss. |
