Quote:
"I am a chance. I will see how I train tomorrow and if I get through the session and feel alright I'm pretty sure I'll be playing this weekend," Koutoufides told the media at a club promotion in Lygon Street on Tuesday morning.

The 34-year-old started marking only last week, but said that he trained well on Monday despite not having 100 per cent movement in his injured finger.

...

He conceded that he'll need to recover his touch quickly if he's to be of real value to the team.

"There's always a risk with any injury when you've come back, but it's been strapped up and it'll have a guard on it and it shouldn't be a problem," he said.

Quote:
"Missing six weeks of footy doesn't make it easy on your match fitness so I daresay I wouldn't be playing four quarters. How much I will play, who knows," he said.

"Brad is a chance of returning too. He seems to have come on well from the operation. It's healed really nicely and … he should be right for this week to play."

synbads right! we shouldnt play kouta, the only thing he will bring is over 250 games of expereince to the midfield which currently has less then 50 games expereince lmao! DO A GASPER ON KOUTA, to keep synbad happy!

Why not bring back Braddles he almost played double what Kouta played... hes of little use on the sidelines....now thats experience!!!

Or we can take your other suggestion and draft Fort at the end of the season.... to keep Baroneyoney happy...

Thats not a bad idea, Forts playing very well in the coburg firsts, if he keeps it up any team would be stupid not to rookie list him.
lol, your come backs are lame, why not construct something decent instead of rehashing the past?

Hell if you cant admit with stevens being out and with no other real midfielder with experience playing, that Kouta (a past captain) does not add to our team then my god, what little credibility you had has surely gone out the door. I think most would agree that young kids need senior players around them to help them grow.

Yeah hes starring for Coburg... walk up start in the AFL.

I think the kids need senior players around them that can play the game and can show leadership.. not blokes sitting on the bench for a half at time... not chasing and getting to the contests when theyre on .. and not making sure the kids are working together to protect each other...
