Of course for the sake of keeping the peace....present players disqualified from entry. And it isn't about size either. ![]() ![]() Was there ever anyone on our list that had a higher opinion of themselves than Justin Murphy? |

Nic "Teddy" Prendergast - was particularly hard worker on the training track and always a gentlemen on Family Days, always willing to have chat and sign an autograph. Not the most talented player but always worked super hard to make the most of his ability. Should not only jut be remembered for "icing" the 2005 Wizard Cup with his 9 pointer - also extremely gutsy when he pinched hit in the ruck for us at 192cm, and also in his first year I recall in a game against Richmond he broke a finger, went to hospital to have it reset or somesuch and came back on the ground again. Does not deserve to be mentioned in this thread. ![]() |

I couldn't contemplate calling any Carlton Footballer a tool.....it just goes against my love of the Club. I can imagine that happening on other sites....but not on this site. |

I can imagine that happening on other sites....but not on a Carlton site. Agree - no tools - but some players were / are clearly better at interacting with fans then others. The one player I met I thought was somewhat aloof and a bit arrogant was SOS...... |

Not what you were looking for though..... I allways remember a player on our list now, who spent Stephen Silvagni's speech at his testimonial chatting up a waitress, that was pretty crappy I thought. |

I wouldn't normally condone this sort of thread, but this particular player, just prior to joining Carlton, when I had a go at him for pushing in front of me at a department store, responded (in all seriousness) with: "don't you know who I am?"...ah yes, what a cliched line, particularly coming from Mick Martyn. Incidentally, I also received the same response after a similar incident in a supermarket from Matthew Knights. Any footballer found guilty of using this particular line is a tool of the highest order. |

He was arrogant up him self and could give 2 F@$ks about signing autographs for the supporters. Craig Bradley was always a pleasure. |
