Had to work today and needed to organise my membership for the season so my dad offered to head down to Carlton to buy my membership.
Gets down there and the line was out the door.
Took him roughly an hour to get to the front of the queue and fork out $450 for my Adult Social 17 membership.
The point of this post is to point out how fantastic it is to hear about so many people signing up with the club on the back of a wooden spoon year. While Richard Pratt and the NAB cup win would have had a lot to do with it, I reckon the efforts of all the supporters to sign up again is bloody fantastic and a good example of the sort of people that support this great club.
I dip my lid to you all.
