Post subject:  "Gibbs and Murphy in agreement"

Quite a fitting case study in contract law today-
Examining the case of Meehan v Jones regarding whether preliminary agreements of sales of land can constitute a contract.

From my text book- "Chief Justices Murphy and Gibbs were in agreement." Course they were :-D

Are you sure it wasn't Sheahan v Jones

With Gibbs & Murphy agreeing they are both knobs...
