What a beautiful morning it was as I set out on my Sunday morning walk to get the herald sun, and the age (after a grand final win you got to add the age)..

I took my little radio and tuned in to sen and was lucky enough to hear the boys come on within two minutes of the walk :P

Initially they didn't know that Fevs was there..

They were on their way to training.

Lappin said that the boys were more subdued this time round as they probably party'd a bit too hard in 2005.

After the game they went upstairs at the phone dome and had dinner with friends and supporters, and then turned in an early one as they had training the next morning, as well as keeping a lid on it.

Harfs asked Lappin who he thought was the standout so far out of the youngsters, to which Lappin replied that it was very hard to pinpoint.

He said that 1AW had a great season last year and has come on in leaps and bounds.

They also talked about Setanta saying that he is developing very quickly and that they are super impressed with him.

Harf was saying to Lappin that he thought Russell played well, to which Fev snuck in and said it's been a while since someone who can play has worn the number 2 Guernsey.

Harfs was surprised and that's when Lappin admitted he had the speaker phone going and Fevs was with him in the car.

Fevs then ribbed Harfs some more saying that it's also the first time that someone has fitted into the number two Guernsey (for those that can't remember Harfs wore the number 2 Guernsey) in a while, as the last player needed a larger size.

It was all said in good humor of course.

Lappin said that if we don't beat Richmond in a couple of weeks last night will mean nothing.

That's about all I can remember.....

Cheeeers!

harf stuck it right back at Fev mentioning the headlock incident or something.
Summed it up pretty straight FF
I love tuning into On the Rise, RIcho and Harf are always very pro Carlton.
