Below is the Carlton Under 19s team of 1989.

Amazingly 4 players from this team went on to play in the 1995 premiership team.

See if you can spot them.

Image

For bonus points there are also another two players in the picture who went on to play seniors for Carlton. Can you spot them?

For more bonus points there are two players in the picture who have brothers who are still playing AFL today. Can you spot them?

I see Kouta and Ratten from the 95 premiership team.

Andrew Cavedon is next to Kouta, and I think he played 1 senior game with us.

Christou is in there.

Andrew Phillips too I think.

The ones correct so far are:

Ratten, Kouta and Christou, still one left

for senior player Andrew Cavedon is correct, still one left.

No-one picked any of the brothers yet?

Yep, top row far left.

Pretty handy players just from one team developed in our own backyard, Sexton, Ratten, Kouta and Christou.

No. The others are probably a bit difficult.

The other player who went on the play seniors was Stephen Oliver (top row fourth from left).

The two brothers are

Paul Koutoufides (first row standing third from left).

Simon Lloyd (captain, fourth from left first row seated)

Peter Doyle in there?

He's part of the one game club I reckon.

The second player in the Middle row (with the lovely young lady on the left) looks unnervingly familiar - got a name Jars?

Also, is there a Matthew Davis there?

That would be the other "Kouta" Deano?

Is Lloyd Matthew's brother?

Are you able to give us a full list of names Jars?

Thanks Bill.
