Was going through the player profiles on the Carlton website (which need to be updated) and i noticed we had 5 all Australian selections on our list. They are 2005 All Australians: Bower, Kennedy, and Murphy. 2006 All Australians: Gibbs, and grigg. Does anyone know of anymore that may not be noted on the player profiles? I was suprised to see Walker was not an All Australian ![]() There was a couple of state representatives (like Jacobs for SA) too.... |

Awsome Synbad. I hope they update the Carlton site soon! That's 6 All Australians! That's 27% of a 22 man squad, not bad. The best part about it is we may get this number up to about 9-10 in the next couple of years... |

Simpson was an All-Australian and was projected to go top 20. It surprised a lot of pundits at the time that he fell to pick 45 or whatever it was! |

And simpson makes 7! Murphy Gibbs Simpson Walker Kennedy Bower Grigg ![]() That makes 32% of our future 22 man squad All Australians. All destined to be excellent players I'm sure. Would love to know what numbers the other teams have, and how they have faired... |

Fairly sure that Eddie Betts was All-Australian as an underage player the year before we drafted him. |

Carrots too? his work ethic would lead you to believe so, however his kicking would undo that.... Can anyone confirm? |

Update - Carrots was All Australian. Top possession winner for Vic Metro in the carnival, too. I think Judd and Ball in that squad, too. |
