Dick Pratt wants a unified Carlton and requests that everyone helps where they can to rebuild our great club.

Everyone..

What a great Day. FRIDAY 9th 2007

He said today

Quote:
"It is great to be back involved with the Carlton Football Club and I am looking forward to the resurgence of this great Club. The new board has generated positive enthusiasm and it is time all Carlton supporters united for the good of our Club"

Quote:
"I have come back and now I want all the supporters to come back and join me in the rebuilding of the Carlton Football Club,"

Quote:
"I have always been a Carlton supporter, and when they are in trouble, you have got to get involved."

Quote:
"I am contributing what I can. There are a lot of people who want carlton to return towhere it belongs and everyone has to contribute a a time like this."

Everyone with an ounce of Blue Blood in their veins must contribute.

I will start by letting bygones be bygones. I have not been a fan of some Carltonians for their deeds in the past, but today I forgive and forget. I want to move forward. I want to leave the past in the past. I want to embrace all carltonians in our unified family.

I want to support Pratt, and reciprocate his efforts for our club.

I want all supporters and sponsors to commit.

What a powerhouse we will be when we embrace our brotherhood. I welcome the following to come to the party and show their support for our club with gusto:

Grollo
Valmorbida
Mathieson
Delutis
Smorgon
Rose
Collins
Elliot
Elliot jnr
Pratt jnr
Kerr
Lofts
Hall
Maclure
Williams
Silvagni snr
Sivagni jnr
McKay
Hunter
Browny
Percy
Armstrong
Minuzzo
Perriam
Morris
Milson
McIntosh
Bendall
Rice
Diggins...

anyone with blueblood.....

What a powerhouse we will be when all the above come and join the cause for Premiership #17, and a stable Carlton forever. :-D

Did I forget any other heavy hitters with Blue blood?

I heard Mathieson on 3AW this morning, saying what great news it was for CFC; and that he was sure that a great deal of well known supporters would now return to the Club.

In that case, given we all recant 'Black Friday', does this mean today is 'White Friday', 'Gold Friday', or just 'Navy Blue Friday'??
Either way, gee it's good to be a Carlton supporter today!!

Hey Electric Blue

I love your post in the bomberblitz forum.

They know that we have heavy hitters, supporters with intelligence, supporters with real passion, supporters with money, supporters with a never say die attitude and an insatiable desire for the next premiership.

We are Carlton.

Agree with your list Bondi, but cross Elliott senior off your list, he's a prick, a buffoon, and after all, he has no money. Rest of them, love to have them and their money back

We need to create registar of willing Carlton volunteers from every corner of this great country.

This will give the marketing people and Pratt the confidence to execute plans they will have in mind knowing that there is reach to every corner, from their army of volunteers who are loyal, willing and able, reporting for duty.

I want to create a Sydney registar of volunteers...I'll contact Adele at the NSW Members Network....I haven't had much to do with them in the past, but it's time to take arms and ideas to the table.

Deano? KK? halford? Lets catch upin the next couple o weeks. PM me.

We are GO!

yeah I understand your feelings. As I mentioned there's 3 on that list I really dislike...in fact moreso than Jack.

For the sake of catharsis, you need to let go, move forward. Jack will do no damage to us in the future whilst he's close by and kept in check.

jack's more likely to say crap to the media whilst he's still on the outside. Keep your enemies close, and keep a eye and a leash on them. Fear of alienation will be the reason he wont step out of line again...and after all he has got
Quote:
One constant in his life
and one similarity to all of us: he barracks passionately for Carlton.

Don't kid yuourself that he hasn't got any money. Did you believe that Bond didn't either? Skase? Yeah right....don't believe everything you read on TC.

Let go, move forward, focus on the positives and Lets Stick Together, just as our New President has asked....he's made a call to all supporters...the least we can do is show him our support and tow the line.

Give it a go for a month or two, see how it feels.

Without trying to be blasphemous lets call it Good Friday!

Its good news but all Carlton people need to get behind the club now and put the BS behind us. Its onwards and upwards from here

I have already talked to a couple of Board members to get their input in regard to the approach (i.e. waste of time offering help if the club is in no position to use it - has to be welle organised). I have been asked to hold back for a couple of weeks in regard to approaching them offically while the new Board sorts out important matters.

Great post bondiblue!!!!

Every single word was true, and hopefully will strike up a chord with all those blues we have in this country.

Explayers, ex-members, supporters, ex-board personelle, legends, sons and daughters of legends...

EVERYONE!

Get back and show this club you love it. Help it get out of this hole for good.
