Hypothetically....

Lets say that at the end of June we are sitting 5 & 5.

Gibbs, Grigg and company have settled in and there are no major injuries (touch wood) on the playing list.

Who would be in the starting 22?

I know it sounds dreamy, but lets say it actually happens.

This is my dream 22 post June.

B: Thornton, S.O'hAilpin, Bower

HB: Walker, Whitnall, Waite

C: Simpson, Gibbs, Scotland

HF: Fisher, Kennedy,Grigg

F; Betts, Fevola, Lappin

Foll: Ackland, Stevens, Murphy

int: Houlihan, Anderson, Mc Laren, Kouta

Emerg: Hampson, Wiggins, Russell

I am starting to realize that players are going to have to foght for their positions! :-D

We havent had a list like this for years.

Players like:

Raso, Hartlett, Blackwell, Edwards, Cloke and Russell could really push our playing list into a new dynamic era!

don't want to burst your optimistic bubble, but most of those players have played less than 10 games, and some haven't even played AFL yet. I trully hope they are pushing for selection.

I am dreaming a bit.

I just reckon our list has some sense of depth for once.

It has been a while since the the top ten players on the list have had to work for their positions.

You're kidding? There's three blokes over 190 in the forward line and the backline is loaded with pace - not mobility, PACE.
