Blues: We're far worse than Fitzroy

Yet if we get 32,000 members and improve on field we will be fine. :?

oh and we are way better financially than 2004 :?

When will these people realise that scare mongering is a sign of weekness and desperation. This is nearly as bad as the Footy Show episode with grhaam smorgon on it. Over to you Synners on that topic

How would our draftees feel pulling on their Carlton shirts to go out in public today?
Proud, confident or just plain embarrassed?
Any remaining skerrick of pride we have left is being sold off in the Hun for a few votes.

Its not about the footy club any more, its a political game for selfish individuals. :(

Is this just a scare tactic to get the Unity ticket accross the line......... if so then we have the dumbest board ever. Seriously what an inept & incompitent pack of tools.

Rose: "Membership, as vital as they are, are unlikley to produce sufficient revenue at acceptable margins, to guarantee Carlton's independence in the forseeable future."

What a dumb $%&*ing thing to say. You don't say that crap.

Right now, CFC needs two things URGENTLY!

#1. Wins on the field.
& #2. MEMBERS TO SIGN UP.

Quite frankly i don't think this board is helping with either of those things so IMHO they can $%&* OFF!

Terrible Managment, just plain emmbarasing!

What a disgraceful press interview and article to be offered by a current Director. Right when the stench had passed, if only for a few weeks, does this idiot come out and pull our name back in the mud yet again.

The Smorgon / Rose line of panicking the members to get more members has been shown to be flawed. People don't like signing up to a dying animal - they want an image of the future. The young players, redemption for the past few years - this should be the image portrayed by Carlton.

For him to advance his own political purposes by offering such headlines is a disgrace.

Part of the history of The Fitzroy Football Club:

But the financial woes continued and a lot of good players moved on, keen to experience finals football.

Anyone who votes for Unity is a flowering retard.
This is really the lowest ebb, does this tool even realise what this means to sponsors, Supporters, players, managers, creditors???
