Post subject:  GenerationBlue Information

okay guys, finally got my membership for GenerationBlue (18-35) today and thought i would post a list of events for those that are considering becoming members.

Rochester Hotel, 202 Johnston St Fitzroy
Sat 16 April - Blues v Port
Sat 18 June - Blues v Bulldogs (Darwin Game)

Bridie O'Reilly's, 29 Sydney Rd, Brunswick
Sat 23 April - Blues v Crows
Sat 29 May - Blues v Crows (My Birthday as well :D)
Sat 2 July - Blues v Eagles

Functions
1. A breakfast function to celebrate the final game at OO against Melbourne - you will also recieve merchandise commemorationg the event

2. Match Day function at the Staurday Night Game v Brisbane (11th June) featuring our very own Sticks as a guest speaker.

So get behind the GenerationBlue if you are in the right age groupd (18-35) as i think it will be well worth it, the breakfast function will make it well worth the membership alone IMO. From memory membership is $60 for those with Carlton Membership already or $120 for those without Carlton Membership.

That's pretty cool. Is that thru extra fundraising, or does a portion of membership fees go directly to that?

Probably not...did receive an interesting offer today for Medallion Club tickets at Geelong Essendon*, but got things to do closer to home Saturday night after the game so will probably watch it here then head out

well the havent asked for anythign extra so one would assume that they fund it out of the membership revenue they created from the membership

just noticed and thats awesome. didnt think of it myself, but pretty handy. I will actually change my sig as each events passes and update it to let the people know when the next one is and where it is at

I'm gonna try promote the genblue thing, so i hope the genblue guys appreciate it as well as the TC social club aspect becuase of i have no doubt that both can co-exist without to much trouble :D

was gonna see if we could get some business cards or something made up and those of us that are with TC can hand them out to people we may have a chat to at these events.
