does anyone know when the new recruits will be given their jumper numbers?

No ruckman should ever have to wear 11 at Carlton again.

I reckon AB might be given the #7.

Grigg to take 16, Gibbs 4, Hampson 11, Benjamin 26, Anderson 27, Ackland 28 and Austin either 20 or 22.

I like your thinking brad.

21 - worn by one Rod 'Curly' Austin. And from that Glenelg team photo, it looks like our latest Austin also has curly hair. It's almost too perfect.

Give Gibbs No.4 - Kerna's number. Nice.

How's that for a locker room:

Locker 1: Walker
Locker 2: Russell
Locker 3: Murphy
Locker 4: Gibbs
Locker 5: Kennedy
Locker 6: Simmo

bit of pressure on Russell to keep up with that lot!

He couldn't ask for a better bunch of teamates to work with ...should get over that 'homesickness' very quickly I'd hope.
8)

I'd like to see Joe Anderson get Cory McGraths #20.

Just so long as no poor bugger gets #10 we should be fine.

With a maximum of 44 to a list, I'm pretty sure Vacant's campaign is safe. Where is he these days anyway??? :-D

Whoever played a game in No.50 ?

I wear no. 50!

Maybe I should pick up the slack regarding the campaign.

Normally I pretend I'm Matty Lappin, even though I'm wearing 50. If the Blues brought back the big 5 Oh at least I'd have an identity!
