Congradulations Lance

On Sunday Lance will play his 200 game for the navy blues. Against traditional rivals Collingwood.

He has had a great career at Carlton at time controversial but for most of the time has been great.

Lance will hopefully become Captain next year and can continue to show his leadership on and off the ground. And can be part of the future that gets Carlton back up the Ladder.

On Sunday it will be our last chance to see the Blues in Melbourne. Lets us all get to the ground and cheer on the blues and Lance for his contribution to the club.

P.S Don’t ever trade Lance. He was a Carlton man once he was born and will always be. Lance Whitnall blues for life. :-D :-D :-D

When he got to 150 I think he was the youngest Carlton 150 player

Is this also the case with his 200? Jarusa?

Well done to Lance.

(If I could get a top 20 pick, he'd be gone tomorrow)

Just had a quick look and I think Robert Walls beats him by a couple of months.

Lance's 27th birthday on Wednesday too.

He has to be kept now, I'm pretty sure all Carlton 200 game players have a premiership.

If we get rid of him we will be breaking a fine tradition, if we keep him, well you never know we might just keep the tradition going.

The Easter bunny is a tradition as well Jar.
You've got more chance of him being real.

The other option is to drop him this week, not play him again and then trade him.

Well done Lance.

Was amazed when they pointed out he was turning 27, amazed again he's playing his 200th. It seems like yesterday you kicked 4 on debut against the Bombers.

Congrats to Lance, he's always been one of my favourites, and I still think he is our best current option for captain.

Go Lance!

I think he can get close to it he can play another four years he isnt going to get any slower.

If he becomes Captain he will defently play for at least another two years after that I guess its up to him and the club.

Well done Lance, had a good game last week, have a big one against the Pies and hopefully we finish of the season in style by hurting the pies ladder position.

Actually Lance followed Essendon* as a kid, despite his old man having played for the Blues.

But he is navy blue through and through now and I concur with those in congratulating him on a great year and fully support him as Captain of the club in 2007.
